This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made from Le Blanc London Ltd. 

Pre-Orders 

Some products are sold on a pre-order basis, while others may be available for immediate or short-term dispatch. The estimated shipping timeframe for each product is clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase. 

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that your order will ship on or around the stated ship-by date, rather than immediately after purchase. 

Shipping dates are provided in good faith and may change due to production or logistical factors. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email. 

Order Processing & Fulfilment 

Orders are fulfilled from our warehouses in the United Kingdom and the United States, depending on the delivery destination. 

Pre-orders are dispatched once stock becomes available and are fulfilled in the order they are received.

Delivery times are estimates only and begin once the order has been dispatched, not from the date the pre-order is placed. 
 

Taxes, Duties & Charges 

United Kingdom 

UK orders are shipped domestically. UK VAT (if applicable) is included in the retail price, in accordance with local regulations. 

United States 

US orders are shipped domestically. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your location. 

Customs & Import Duties 

As orders are shipped domestically within the UK and the US, no customs duties or import taxes are expected. 
 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available. 

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. 
 

Delays 

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our reasonable control. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. 

Incorrect Address 

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. 

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order. 

Risk & Title 

Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been handed over to the delivery carrier.
