Shipping and Delivery
Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to mainland United States and United Kingdom

We are working on expanding to additional countries and territories. If you require shipping to another destination, please contact us at info@leblanclondon.com and we’ll be happy to advise. 

When will you ship my order?

Shipping timeframes depend on whether the item is a pre-order or in stock

  • Pre-order items: The estimated shipping date is clearly stated on the product page. 
  • In-stock items: These typically ship within 1–5 business days

Estimated dates are provided in good faith and may be subject to change. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email. 

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Do I pay duties or import charges for my order?

No. Orders shipped within the UK and US are fulfilled domestically, so no customs duties or import charges are expected

  • UK orders: UK VAT (if applicable) is included in the retail price. 
  • US orders: Applicable sales tax may be calculated at checkout based on your location, and would be clearly displayed before purchase. 
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on location and order type. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before payment is completed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRE-ORDER IS DELAYED? 

Estimated shipping dates are provided in good faith and may change due to production or logistical factors. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email and you will have the option to cancel your order for a full refund prior to dispatch.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL IS MARKED DELIVERED BUT I CAN'T FIND IT? 

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us promptly so we can assist you in investigating with the carrier.

Returns

What is the return policy?

Returns are accepted if requested and sent back within 14 days of delivery. 

Returned items must be: 

  • in their original condition 
  • with all tags attached 
  • with all original packaging and accessories included (including dust bags) 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We can provide a pre-paid return label, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. 

Items showing signs of use beyond normal inspection may be subject to a reduced refund

WHEN DOES THE 14-DAY RETURN PERIOD START? 

The 14-day return period begins from the date you receive your order, not from the date the order is placed.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your return is received, it may take up to 5 business days to inspect and process. 

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, and always within the legal timeframe. Please note that banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund. 

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. 

If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase in accordance with our Returns Policy and place a new order. 

What if my item is faulty?

If your item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at info@leblanclondon.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory consumer rights. 

We do not offer complimentary repairs or replacements for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or damage occurring after the item has been used.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, Union Pay, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Available payment options may vary by location.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly, and changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed

If you need to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us at info@leblanclondon.com with your order number. If the order has already shipped, you may request a return in accordance with our Returns Policy. 

Do you offer discount codes?

We do not currently offer discount codes. 

You can sign up to our mailing list to be the first to hear about future launches or promotions. 

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, gift cards can be bought here

Gift cards: 

  • are redeemable online only 
  • are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase 
  • are non-refundable 
Do you offer tax refunds?

We do not offer tax refunds on purchases made through our website.

How can I take care of my bag?

To help preserve the quality and appearance of your bag, we recommend: 

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, heat, and direct sunlight 
  • Keep away from oils, perfumes, cosmetics, and alcohol-based products 
  • Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces and dark or colour-transferring fabrics 
  • Store your bag in its dust bag when not in use and gently stuff it to help maintain its shape 

If your bag becomes wet, dab gently with a soft, dry cloth and allow it to air dry naturally. We do not recommend using harsh cleaners or chemicals. 

Do you have any physical stores?

We currently operate online only.
